Official Statement from Wingwomen Inc.
We have long believed our work should speak for itself. However, we now recognize that silence in the face of persistent falsehoods allowed damaging narratives to take root. It’s time to provide clarity, assert our values, and protect our mission.

A Personal Note From Adonica Shaw
After three years of enduring challenges that tested my values, voice, and vision, I’m returning to something deeper: myself.
What I’ve experienced—from misinformation and interference to stolen ideas and misaligned partnerships—was never just about business. It was about identity, impact, and the cost of staying quiet in the face of harm.
I’ve learned that survival in certain spaces often comes at the expense of authenticity and I picked up behaviors to fit in, to push forward, to protect what I was building. But I’m done with survival mode.
From this moment on, I’m returning to the things that have always made me whole: writing, creating, and connecting from the heart. Wingwomen Inc. will continue—but with more clarity, stronger boundaries, and deeper alignment.
If you want to work with me or walk alongside this mission, get to know me first. Understand what we’re building, why it matters, and how we move.
